Project-based learning is the main didactic method for the realization of educational and training activities in the Talentway program. It is a demand-oriented method (self-directed learning – SDL), the key starting point is the assignment (project), the students are divided into teams and determine what theory must be used to achieve the objectives.
During the problem-solving activity the students do regular interim presentations, and the comprehensive results are then presented at the end where the experts from the industry are invited. The evaluation is aimed at the skills of students, it is done collectively and given not only the supervisors, but also experts from the industry.
