Target Group
Students of bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral studies at the Faculty of Commerce, University of Economics in Bratislava can apply for Erasmus+ study mobility for the academic year 2025/2026.

Applications must be submitted via the portal https://studyabroad.sk by April 4, 2025.
During the second round of applications, students can select up to three universities in order of preference from the list of available universities HERE.

Application Process on the Study Abroad Portal
First, students must register at https://studyabroad.sk. Then, they must complete or upload the following documents:
- Official Erasmus+ study application for the 2025/2026 academic year (Be careful not to submit it under the wrong academic year!).
- Photo (section: Photo).
- Other Activities (e.g., international awards, student organizations, sports/art representation). If multiple documents, upload them as a .zip file.
- Language Certificates (Language Skills - Certificates section). This includes language exams, prestigious certifications, summer language schools, etc.
- If you have completed the language course at the University of Economics in Bratislava, do not upload the certificate (as it is visible in the AIS system). If you have no external certificate, upload an empty document to proceed in the system.
- Motivation Letter in English (Motivation Letter in English section). If studying in another language, also upload the letter in that language.
- Preliminary List of Courses for the three selected universities (Download the form HERE). To increase your chances to be nominated to the university you are interested in, we recommend to fill in all three universities in preferred order (Preliminary Course List section).
- CV in English (CV in English section). If studying in another language, also upload a CV in that language (CV in the study language section).
- Submitting the Application - after completing the Study Abroad portal application, students must download & sign the application (please, use online platform https://smallpdf.com/sign-pdf).
- Signed application is to be sent via email to by April 4, 2025, at 12:00 PM with the e-mail subject Erasmus+ Study Selection Process. Attach documents to the e-mail as follow:
- Signed PDF application
- Motivation Letter (in English)
- CV (in English)
- Preliminary Course List for the three universities (download HERE)
April 4, 2025, at 12:00 PM is the final deadline for application & required documents submission. No modifications can be made after this date. The submission time of the email will determine whether it is accepted.
Selection Process
Date: April 14, 2025
Time: 12:30 PM
Platform: MS Teams (Attendance is mandatory for all applicants. Invitations will be sent via email.)
Results & Further Communication
- The list of selected Erasmus+ students will be published on the Faculty of Commerce website.
- Selected students will communicate directly with the International Relations Center of the University of Economics in Bratislava.

Important Notice
Students who withdraw after their official nomination to the International Relations Center will only be eligible to apply for Erasmus+ study mobility again in the 2026/2027 academic year.
