Kick-off meeting of the V4 project Consumer of Organic Food in the Visegrad Group Countries

On 17-19 November 2023, a meeting of the partners of the project "The consumer of organic food in the Visegrad Group countries", which is funded by the Visegrad Fund, took place at the University of Life Sciences in Poznan.

 

The aim of the meeting was to discuss current issues related to the initiation of research on identifying and comparing the characteristics of organic food consumers, their purchasing decisions and behavior in the region of the Visegrad Group countries.

The project consortium includes the University of Life Sciences in Lublin, the University of Life Sciences in Poznań, the College of Polytechnics Jihlava (Czech Republic), the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague (Czech Republic), the University of Economics in Bratislava (Slovakia) and the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (Hungary).
