Kateřina Haring graduated from the Faculty of International Business Relations at the University of Management in Moscow and in 1997 began working at the Business and Economics Department of the Czech Embassy, ​​where she was in charge of the agenda of 400 Czech companies represented at Russia at the turn of the century. It prepared documents for intergovernmental negotiations, state visits, negotiated with ministries and ministries, organized business missions to Russian regions for Czech companies, under the auspices of the embassy. In 2001, she left to work in the private sector, and in 2007 she founded Dynamic Group, which designed and built exhibitions for foreign clients around the world. This was followed by the establishment of other companies that work in the field of interior design production or organize event events. Due to her foreign experience and interest in foreign trade, since 2013 she has been actively participating in the activities of the Czech-Moravian Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Managers (ČMAPM), which elected her president in 2016 at its general meeting. ČMAPM is a voluntary association of women entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic, founded in 1995. In 2017, it was elected Vice President for Europe at the Congress of the World Association of Women Entrepreneurs FCEM. FCEM (founded in 1945) brings together 5 million women entrepreneurs from 120 countries around the world and offers women entrepreneurs direct contacts to foreign entities, networking, seminars and other activities to support their business.
