Matej Firický works as partner and attorney at Advokátska kancelária MCL. He has over 15 years' experience advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, banking, finance, capital markets and tax and state aid issues. Within the office, Matej covers provision of legal and tax services for private clients. He focuses on domestic and cross-border structuring of holdings, is an expert in tax law restructuring and has detailed knowledge of tax and legal aspects of most important offshore and onshore jurisdictions. In his rich and varied practice, Matej also focuses on corporate law, performing legal audits, representing clients in tax audits, tax and other administrative and court proceedings. Prior to joining MCL law firm, he worked for over six years at White & Case Bratislava and then as a partner he led the Slovak office of Havel and Partners for over four years.
