Wojciechowska-Solis, J. et al.: Consumer in the Organic Food Market : Example of Visegrad Countries

The primary aim of this monograph is to provide an analysis of consumer behaviour regarding organic food products among the inhabitants of the Visegrad Group (V4) countries. The research was conducted as part of a project funded by the International Visegrad Fund, carried out from December 2023 to February 2024, and involved 600 consumers from each V4 country.
