Building on the foundations established in the previous two mobilities, this workshop guided students through the principles of Community Service-Learning and collaboration in higher education, cultural sensitivity and inclusive teamwork, and the practical steps of designing a partnership project. Participants explored stakeholder mapping, growth mindset and trust-building, and worked through real-life case studies and role-play exercises on managing cross-cultural misunderstandings.
From 21 to 23 April 2026, Hochschule Burgenland in Eisenstadt hosted the second training workshop of the ELIX project, this time focused on Career Development and Lifelong Learning.
Building on the foundations laid in the first workshop in Novo Mesto, this session guided students through a structured journey: understanding their own strengths through skills audits and emotional intelligence, exploring the dynamics of the modern labour market, examining leadership styles and organisational culture, and finally designing a personal career roadmap to present to peers.
