This track explores the challenges and opportunities of teaching international business (IB) in a rapidly changing global environment. With shifts in geopolitics, digital disruption, sustainability concerns, and evolving supply chains, educators must adapt their methods to prepare students for the future of international business. The track focuses on innovative pedagogical approaches, incorporating digitalization, cross-cultural competence, and sustainability into the IB curriculum. Emphasis will be placed on experiential learning, case-based teaching, and technology-driven methods to equip students with essential skills for the global business landscape. We invite contributions that combine theoretical insights with practical experiences, focusing on how IB education can foster critical thinking, global leadership, and responsible decision-making. Case studies, teaching strategies, and industry-academia collaboration are particularly welcome. The goal is to identify ways to effectively prepare students for success in a dynamic international business world, promoting inclusivity, sustainability, and ethical leadership.
